Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Ubud : The Sacred Mandala of Wenara Wana or also called Ubud Monkey Forest is a sanctuary and a temple complex located in the Padangtegal village of Ubud, Bali. In this place has approximately 749 long-tailed monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) (63 adult males, 34 young males, 219 adult females, 29 young females, 167 juvenile 1 (2-3 years), 118 juvenile 2 (1-2 years ), 63 Infant old (5-12 months) and 56 infant. There are six groups of monkeys that occupy different areas in this forest, namely the Pura group, Baru Forest group, Sentral Point group, east group, Michelin group and the Grave group. This place is a popular tourist attraction in Ubud, and is often visited by more than 120,000 tourists per month. This forest has an area of approximately 12.5 hectares and is still to be expanded to the south of the region and contains at least 186 species [ Ubud Monkey Forest also has three temples named Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal, Pura Beji and Pura Prajapati, located in the village of Padangtegal and regulated by villagers who work directly in Ubud Monkey Forest. Tegenungan Waterfall is a waterfall in Bali, Indonesia. It is located at the Tegenungan Kemenuh village, in Gianyar, North from the capital Denpasar and close to the artist village of Ubud. The waterfall is isolated but has become a popular tourist attraction. It is one of the few waterfalls in Bali that is not situated in highlands or mountainous territory. The amount and clarity of the water at the site depends on rainfall but it contains green surroundings with fresh water that can be swum in. The waterfall includes varying highs that can be climbed after the descent down stairs to reach it. This attraction also features a viewing point to the jungle and waterfall at the main entrance
Tegallalang Rice Terrace : It has become a destination for travelers making their way between Bali’s sandy beaches, towering mountains, and steaming volcanoes. A truly awe-inspiring sight, the beautiful green rice paddies stretch on for what seems like an eternity. The stunning Tegalalang Rice Terrace, part of the Cultural Landscape of Bali Province UNESCO World Heritage Site, comprises cascading emerald-green fields worked by local rice farmers. The scenes of rice paddies involving the subak (traditional Balinese cooperative irrigation system), which according to history, was passed down by a revered holy man named Rsi Markandeya in the eighth century.

The temple is designed very beautiful with full of Balinese ornaments and the roof temple building is made from the fiber of chromatic black palm tree. It is strategically located beside of the main road from Denpasar to Ubud. For over a thousand years, Batuan has been a village of artists and craftsmen, old legends and mysterious tales. Batuan Temple were founded in the year 944 isaka (1020 AD). Nearly 1000 years old.The Batuan Temple is a Puseh Temple category based on the concept of “Tri Kahyangan or Tri Murti” taught by Mpu Kuturan around the 10th century to the Balinese Hindu community at the time.
